Pre-Orders

All pre-order purchases are charged at the time of checkout. Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page and may change due to production or logistics factors.

Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this 24-hour period, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible, as production and fulfillment preparations begin.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@szndrops.com with photos of the issue.

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Refundable Items

Sale items, limited editions, and pre-order items are non-refundable once the cancellation window has passed.
